This policy explains how GuardianAgent handles information collected through getguardianagent.com and our document preparation and listing tools.

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone, title company (for partner inquiries), property details, transaction terms, and anything you type into a form or listing description.
• Uploads: property photos you add to the listing builder.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and error logs, collected automatically to operate and secure the site.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or payment card numbers through this website.

• To prepare your documents and generate listing content from your answers.
• To deliver your completed packet to the title or closing company you select.
• To send transaction reminders, service notices, and replies to your inquiries.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• The title or closing company you choose, which receives your packet and becomes the record holder for your transaction documents.
• Service providers that host our infrastructure, send our email, and provide the AI text generation used to draft listing and form language. These providers act on our instructions.
• Authorities or third parties when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
• A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We keep inquiry and account information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Completed contracts and closing documents are retained by the closing company of record, not by GuardianAgent.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege database rules to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold, and you may unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time. Email home@getguardianagent.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function and to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may break parts of the service.

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
